Mini Turtle Clock manufactured by Elgin for their Mini Clock Series. This gold metal turtle measures 3" long by 2" wide. He has green jewel eyes and rhinestones set into the legs and neck. The outer shell is green enamel and the inner shell is faux mother-of-pearl. The shell lifts up to reveal a beautiful goldtone watch face with quartz movement measuring 1" across. The second "hand" is a fly that counts off the seconds. There is a gold loop at the rear of the shell that a chain can be attached to for hanging around your neck. This item is new and works perfectly. It comes in the original box with instructions.
