Cindy Lou , from How The Grinch Stole Christmas, was manufactured by Playmates Toys and first offered in 2000. She is 15" tall, fully jointed, and is made of hard vinyl. She has beautiful painted features, nice facial coloring, and has rooted blonde hair in the original factory set.
