John Wayne ,Guardian of the West, was manufactured by Effanbee in a limited edition, first being offered in 1982 and was only produced for one year. He is the third doll in the Legend series. He is 17" tall, fully jointed, and made of vinyl. He has painted features and molded painted hair.

He comes dressed in his original blue cavalry uniform which consists of light blue twill pants, navy blue shirt with white buttons, yellow suspenders, black boots, black belt with US belt buckle, hand gun with holster, and yellow neckscarf. His hat is still attached to the box in the original plastic bag.

He is in mint condition, never removed from his original box. He comes with his hangtag and the original plastic still over his head. He has no paint rubs, repaints, or damage and was purchased new. His box is in good condition and does show some shelfwear. He would make a nice addition to any collection.
