Howdy Doody Birthday Cake Decorations manufactured by Tee Vee Products and Kagran in the 50's. They are molded in blue hard plastic and includes a cake centerpiece of “Happy Birthday in rope script being held by Howdy Doody. It also has figural candle holders of Flubadub, Princess Summer Fall Winter Spring, Clarabelle, Phineas T. Bluster, Dilly, and Howdy! They have never been used. The mounting card measures 8” X 7” and is in very good condition with only a couple of slight tears.
