Posie Pixie was manufactured in the 60's by Vogue Dolls. This is a look-a-like doll produced to compete with it. She has a vinyl head with blonde rooted hair accented with a white hairbow. Black sleep eyes with perfect lashes, painted features all on a sponge rubber body wired inside for poseability. Usually, the bodies are disintegrating, but this one is just fine. She also has vinyl hands.

She comes dressed in her original one-piece flannel sleeper with multi-colored poms on the front. The outfit is in nice condition with no rips, stains, or repairs.
