Pepper was manufactured in the 60's by Ideal and was marketed as Tammy's little sister. She is made of jointed vinyl, has vibrant painted features, and has blonde rooted hair. She is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs.

She comes dressed in her original black and white checked playsuit with attached red bodice. White ric rack accents the sleeves and waist. On her feet she wears her original white shoes. The doll and outfit are in excellent condition
